I went in with a request for a ring redesign, with a short time limit. Richard was very helpful, pragmatic and understanding. All done at a reasonable price and with very good communication and customer service after the work had been done.

I felt completely reassured the expertise and knowledge. I was given honest helpful advice and nothing was too much trouble. It was also nice to see they had a lovely range of silver jewellery and costume jewellery. I cant recommend highly enough and if your looking for something a bit different or need any advice or repairs this place is 10/10 ! its my go to jeweller now!

I had a few pieces of jewellery from relatives who have passed away which have already spent years in a cupboard & would have never been worn. Richard suggested I use them to have a memorial piece made. He got a feeling of what I had in mind & had it designed I am beyond delighted! I now have a stunning angel wing I never take off .
