The de Castellane’s white non-vintage champagne as been my favourite champagne for many years after I discovered it on a trip to Epernay. As their rosé non-vintage champagne is of the same high quality, it seems only right to stock that too. De Castellane merged with Laurent Perrier several years ago as a result of a marriage between members of the two families – and we all know that Laurent Perrier is renowned for its pink fizz. This pink champagne is by no means as big or as well-known but it is a really classy champagne.
